- Lead horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year futures, quantifying market impacts and strategic implications
- Design and facilitate executive futures workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Produce annual '2026 Futurescape' reports with actionable recommendations
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
- Translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futures conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in futurism, strategic foresight, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and societal trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Demonstrated ability to translate abstract futures into concrete business strategies
