Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends to develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership content on future of work, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype futuristic solutions addressing climate resilience and human augmentation
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and shape industry discourse on 2030 horizons
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning techniques
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published author or keynote speaker on technological disruption or societal transformation
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven foresight platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations for global enterprises
