Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech ecosystems
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Author thought leadership reports on decentralized futures and climate-positive innovation
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption curves
- Build and manage a global network of futurist and academic collaborators
- Translate complex future trends into actionable product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Published work on technological singularity or ethical AI frameworks
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Technology Roadmapping
- Experience with Delphi methodology and cross-cultural trend analysis
