- Produce high-impact trend briefings and strategic roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future authority
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and predictive modeling tools
- Proven track record of translating complex futures research into business strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) strongly preferred
