- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, climate resilience, and human augmentation trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future realities
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on paradigm shifts post-2025
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and causal layered analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published work on emerging tech or societal transformation trends
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term positioning
