As a key member of our Future Horizons division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and global policymakers to identify emerging paradigms, anticipate disruptive technologies, and develop actionable strategies that position us at the forefront of the 2026 innovation landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary research teams in forecasting technological and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum computing integration, AI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Author white papers and executive briefings on the future of work, human augmentation, and climate resilience
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with 2026 technological inflection points
- Design and implement scenario-planning models for geopolitical and market disruptions
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and other future-focused global forums
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our 2026 Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation consulting
- Proven track record of predicting and planning for major technological shifts
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry white papers
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks and climate resilience strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners Network)
