As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability. You'll translate complex data into actionable strategic narratives that drive competitive advantage and societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends to forecast 2026 landscape disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future horizons
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Demonstrated experience translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
