- Analyze global megatrends to develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for 2026 market positioning
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for disruptive technologies including AGI and climate resilience solutions
- Produce executive-level trend briefings synthesizing data from 200+ industry sources
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof products with 2026 adoption milestones
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints to address 2026 workforce evolution challenges
- Present strategic foresight findings to board members and key stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2025-2030 technological/societal shifts
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business plans
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, bioengineering, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
