Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce executive-ready strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact assessments
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation initiatives aligned with 2026 market projections
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and competitive threats
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
