Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year strategic planning for 2026 market landscapes, identifying disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Develop sophisticated scenario models forecasting societal, economic, and technological impacts through 2026
- Conduct deep-dive trend analysis across AI, climate tech, bioengineering, and digital transformation domains
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to Fortune 500 clients with data-backed recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications positioning InnovateHorizons as the 2026 innovation authority
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints translating foresight into actionable product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurism with proven 2020s trend-forecasting success
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic impact modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience in high-stakes decision environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or strategic foresight (IEEE, HBR, or equivalent)
- Fluency in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with measurable business impact
