- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technology adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for board-level decision-making
- Partner with product teams to roadmap 2030+ innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory
- Proven track record in publishing trend analysis or scenario planning
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into narratives
- Experience with Delphi methods or similar forecasting methodologies
