Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate-tech convergence points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption curves
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment and biotechnology integration
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and Board of Directors quarterly
- Manage a $10M innovation portfolio focused on 2026 market readiness initiatives
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for industry stakeholders and policymakers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Strong background in ethical technology governance and responsible innovation
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams and stakeholder ecosystems
