- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-relevant solutions in our innovation labs
- Advise executive board on regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Curate global foresight networks and conduct horizon-scanning across 15+ industries
- Translate complex future scenarios into product development priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent technical field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech/biotech
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and futures forecasting software
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Track record of influencing C-suite strategy with future-oriented insights
