- Produce high-impact scenario reports and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers

- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology planning
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios with measurable business impact
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities with data-driven decision-making
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting (journal/articles)

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
