- Partner with R&D teams to pioneer breakthrough solutions in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Present future-oriented insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders to drive collaborative innovation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field with 8+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and emerging technology assessment
- Track record of executing large-scale innovation initiatives in tech or consulting sectors
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures simply
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, AI trend forecasting)
- Experience building innovation pipelines and scaling experimental projects to enterprise level
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futurist methodologies preferred
