Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize disruptive trends for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Facilitate innovation workshops with C-suite executives and industry partners
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for futuristic markets
- Present future-focused strategies to investors and board members
- Manage a team of futurists and innovation analysts
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing futuristic solutions in Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Experience leading high-stakes executive presentations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (journal articles, books)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
