- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts affecting innovation landscapes
- Curate 'Future Intelligence' briefings for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in technology trend analysis and scenario planning
