Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-divisional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen human-AI symbiotic systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present quarterly future scenario briefings to C-suite and board members
- Oversee patent portfolio development for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization targets
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology architects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from federal or corporate sources
