Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and AI research institutes
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders through immersive simulations and scenario planning
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives aligned with 2030 UN development goals
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of futurists, engineers, and design thinkers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent expertise
