- Produce trend reports and scenario planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions in our Austin innovation lab
- Mentor junior futurists while building a global network of domain experts
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven experience with trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Deep expertise in AI/quantum/space tech convergence landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
- Proficiency in Foresight Pro or similar strategic modeling tools
