Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology and market foresight framework through rigorous trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats in emerging fields (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and think tanks to stay ahead of breakthrough developments
- Champion a culture of future-focused innovation across departments through training and thought leadership
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting long-term business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis methodologies, and quantitative forecasting models
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, sustainable tech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level strategic briefings
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
