- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across global tech ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready principles into organizational strategy
- Author white papers and thought leadership on 2026+ technological paradigms
- Manage innovation incubators for breakthrough technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends with validated impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent preferred
