Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market shifts to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 5-year global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions in agile sprints
- Present compelling innovation narratives to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term impact and ROI of future-focused initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic trends influencing technological adoption
- Drive corporate culture initiatives that foster exponential thinking and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation projects with measurable outcomes
