Responsibilities

- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term strategic objectives
- Partner with C-suite to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Conduct future scenario planning and risk assessment for emerging technologies
- Drive cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present compelling future visions to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conferences, and industry reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with demonstrated impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their business implications
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong network of industry innovators and thought leaders
