Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios for product development and market entry
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated future market needs
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Exceptional storytelling ability for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, whitepapers)
