- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interface technologies
- Present future-state visions to Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation ROI and societal impact
- Mentor a team of futurists, data scientists, and design strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500/Big Tech experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching products with 10-year+ market impact
- Published thought leadership in futurism journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., GBN, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive market transitions
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched since 2020
