Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to map 2026 technology landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen R&D initiatives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering/design teams
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and societal impact
- Curate thought leadership events for industry stakeholders
- Quantify ROI on emerging technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles
- Expertise in at least 2 of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Published thought leadership in tech/sustainability journals
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- MSc/PhD in relevant field (preferred)
- Fluency in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 5-10 year horizons
