Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation adoption across product development and operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to envision future scenarios and build consensus on forward-looking initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers positioning our brand as a thought leader
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts in emerging domains
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive opportunities and potential paradigm shifts
- Curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, or space economy
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
