Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging future landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable strategies
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
