Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic indicators to identify transformative opportunities through 2026
- Develop and maintain the company's 2026 innovation roadmap with clear milestones and KPIs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for integration potential
- Author thought leadership content and industry foresight reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
