Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Design foresight methodologies and scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and technological disruption
- Coordinate global cross-functional workshops on innovation and foresight
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking and complex problem-solving abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
