Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro-interfaces) to identify 2026 market opportunities and threats
- Develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDG 2030 targets
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen solutions in metaverse governance and decentralized AI
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders using immersive VR simulations
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI to publish annual 'State of 2026' whitepapers
- Mentor 'Futures Task Force' team of 12 specialists in biotech, quantum, and climate resilience
- Secure $10M+ annual innovation budget through strategic stakeholder alignment
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Innovation, or Computational Social Sciences
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with 3+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Published research in Nature Futures or IEEE Technology & Society journal
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Proficiency in AI trend forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4 Trend Analysis, Palantir Metis)
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ market impact
- Fluency in 3+ languages with cross-cultural innovation experience
