Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmap integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Partner with C-suite to align strategic initiatives with long-term market disruption
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop ethical frameworks for deploying breakthrough technologies responsibly
- Present future-vision narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Drive open innovation through strategic partnerships with academic and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology implementations or concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
