- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness maturity
- Present strategic briefings to board members and external investors quarterly
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with agile resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futures consulting
- Published research on quantum applications or AI ethics (IEEE/Springer)
- Proven track record launching ventures with $50M+ market impact
