Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Architect blueprints for human-centric AI systems and augmented reality ecosystems
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum-secure communications
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and prototype developers
- Drive commercialization of lab breakthroughs through startup incubation partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or innovation leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurology
- Published research in quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to IPO
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercially deployed futuristic innovations
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
