Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 Innovation Roadmap for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research and produce strategic foresight reports for executive stakeholders
- Design and facilitate high-impact innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent Horizon Labs at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technologies
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
