Responsibilities

- Oversee incubation of moonshot projects and emerging ventures
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners, startups, and research institutions
- Present compelling future scenarios to guide R&D investments and M&A decisions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, innovation management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
