Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) and their business implications
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into client operations
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across industries
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Manage cross-functional teams executing proof-of-concept initiatives
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Published thought leadership on future trends (e.g., HBR, MIT Sloan)
- Experience facilitating executive-level strategic planning sessions
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
