Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for 5-10 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, design, and leadership teams
- Present future insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight into product innovation opportunities and competitive advantages
- Monitor global trends and provide quarterly strategic briefings to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology research
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-forward strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or scenario planning projects
