Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize breakthrough opportunities
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future scenarios with robust market modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Champion a culture of innovation across the organization through thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term innovation strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) highly desirable
