Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with quantifiable impact milestones
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) and competitive disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present futuristic scenarios to C-suite and board members for decision-making
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across global operations
- Author thought leadership on future-proofing business models
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 2020+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience advising Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends (TED, WEF, etc.)
- Fluency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
