Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Drive R&D investments toward 2026-ready technologies with ROI-focused frameworks

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
