- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical shifts and regulatory transformations affecting 2026 landscapes
- Design and implement prototyping frameworks for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable innovation models and circular economy 2.0
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and ethical tech assessment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFMP, APF) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and board-level experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state frameworks or innovation patents
