Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmapping for 2026-era tech ecosystems including neural interfaces and decentralized AI networks
- Direct R&D initiatives in quantum-encrypted autonomous systems and climate-positive manufacturing
- Champion ethical AI frameworks for next-generation human-machine symbiosis
- Collaborate with governments on policy frameworks for metaverse governance and digital sovereignty
- Prototype and commercialize at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in exponential thinking methodologies
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 3+ breakthrough commercializations
- Proven track record in scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (biotech, nanotech, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Global network of VCs, policymakers, and research institutions
