- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 5+ year market impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Analyze emerging trends using proprietary foresight methodologies and predictive analytics
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor innovation fellows in future-focused design thinking
- Drive adoption of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Proven track record in launching products with 5+ year market lifecycle
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI governance, biotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
