Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 industry transformation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing, AI, and biotech integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech disruptors (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum internet)
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Silicon Valley innovators
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for billion-dollar initiatives
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Drive adoption of sustainability-first engineering principles in next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (3+ billion-dollar impact)
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
