Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological inflection points to forecast industry landscapes through 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across the organization
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and social factors impacting innovation ecosystems
- Curate thought leadership content positioning the company as a futurist authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation leadership, strategic foresight, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or generative AI
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong communication skills for translating complex futures into executive insights
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams in global markets
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future trends
