Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technology trajectories for 2026-2035 across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and engineering teams
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Curate and host exclusive 'Future Forward' thought leadership events
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
- Conduct horizon scanning across academic, governmental, and startup ecosystems
- Author white papers on societal implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Published research on technological singularity or exponential growth models
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech commercialization projects
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Deep network with DARPA, MIT Media Lab, or equivalent innovation hubs
- Proven ability to translate complex futurist concepts for executive audiences
