Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Identify and validate disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech domains
- Design strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to exponential change
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market needs
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026+ technology and societal shifts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with demonstrable impact on long-term planning
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing published future outlooks or implemented innovation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
