Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map 2026 technology landscape and identify disruptive opportunities
- Architect and incubate breakthrough prototypes across quantum, biotech, and AI domains
- Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts through innovation sprints
- Develop commercialization pathways for emerging technologies with venture partners
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, product development, or strategic foresight
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or systems
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or generative AI
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Deep understanding of emerging technology commercialization models
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi) a plus
